Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bk34 ("the Platform") governing your use of the bk34 website, mobile interface, and all associated services — including casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and promotional offers. By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply accessing any part of bk34, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the bk34 platform and close your account if one has already been created. These Terms are subject to change; bk34 will notify registered users of material changes via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and hold an active bk34 account, all of the following conditions must be satisfied at registration and maintained throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk34 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit any person under 21 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended bk34 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any individual or entity prohibited from using bk34, including persons who have been self-excluded or permanently banned.

Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one registered bk34 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number verified via OTP. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bk34 also operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process — you may be required to submit identification documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify bk34 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bk34 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account unless you have reported unauthorised access to bk34 support.

Account registration is free of charge. bk34 does not charge any registration or membership fees. Documents requested during KYC may include a national identification card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. bk34 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bk34 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk34 supports a range of local and international payment methods. bk34 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bk34 bears no responsibility. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Bonuses and Promotions

bk34 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail. The following general conditions apply to all bk34 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per account and once per household.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount; the applicable rate is always stated clearly on the bonus offer page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without replacement.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits combining offers.
• Free spins are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• bk34 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on bk34 are sourced from licensed and certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ez ugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. bk34 does not operate proprietary games and makes no modifications to any third-party game's RTP or outcome algorithms. All casino games use certified RNG technology. Live casino games are streamed from certified studios with regulated dealing procedures.

• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi — are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• In-play bets are accepted until bk34 closes the market. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at bk34's discretion due to match events or technical issues.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled per the applicable market rules for that sport. In most cases stakes are returned, but specific market rules may apply.
• bk34 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a manifest error — defined as a price demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. bk34 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual player at its discretion.

All settlement decisions by bk34's team are final. Where a genuine settlement error is identified, bk34 will correct it and adjust balances accordingly. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event being settled.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk34. Any player found engaging in them will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the activity may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to interact with bk34 in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting systems.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bk34 platform or any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bk34 for any money laundering activity, including layering deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay intent.
• Colluding with other players to influence any game or market outcome, including match-fixing or exchange-betting arrangements designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bk34.

Account Suspension and Termination

bk34 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without advance notice except where required by applicable law:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bk34.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with criminal activity.

Where a player requests account closure — including for self-exclusion — bk34 will process it within 24 hours. Any genuine balance remaining after resolution of pending bets and withdrawals will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bk34 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bk34 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bk34 does not guarantee the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally cause service interruptions. bk34 is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside its reasonable control, including third-party payment processing delays.

Privacy and Data Protection

bk34 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by bk34 is governed by the bk34 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and bk34. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

bk34 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers) where necessary to deliver services, and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

bk34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. The effective date at the top of the page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Where changes to these Terms are material — significantly affecting your rights or obligations — bk34 will notify registered users at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of bk34 after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your account before they take effect.
